Q: How long do orders take to deliver?

A: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  We are not solely responsible for your parcel after its departure from our fulfillment zone.

After being processed, it will take 5 to 10 business days to be delivered (within the USA)

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in a damaged condition upon arrival. We do not accept returns for items that have no defective or damaged issues. If you received a damaged hat, please contact us at hey.goodchoiceclub@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (@goodchoiceclub)

Q: Sizing?

A: Our hats are A-frame snapbacks. They are designed to be one-size-fits-all.

Q: Do we ship WORLDWIDE?

A: Yes! For international orders outside of North America, we require a valid shipping address with an email and phone number. We will not ship your order until we receive all relevant information. We will contact you directly if the information is not provided at checkout or if we are, for any reason, unable to ship to your address.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is determined based on the weight of your package and location of your destination country. Our checkout page will automatically populate the correct shipping fee.
