SHIPPING POLICY
Once we begin shipping orders, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not solely responsible for your parcel after its departure from our fulfillment zone.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a damaged condition upon arrival. We do not accept returns for items that have no defective or damaged issues.
